LAUNCHED VERNAL EQUINOX 2013:  IHHI

INTERNATIONAL
HUMAN HERITAGE INITIATIVE

There is an important story to be told
and it starts in Anatolia 11,000 years ago.
It is a story of human ingenuity, courage
and change in the ancient world
that has come to impact the entire planet.

It’s a very big story . . .

a monumental story.

No single science can explain it.
No single country can present it.

We need to visit megalithic sites of the Stone Age
from the British Isles to Spain to Italy and Malta,
all the way to the Mother of them all:
Gobekli Tepe in Southern Turkey.

Enclosure C,    Göbekli Tepe    11,000 years old

The story includes chapters from archaeologists,
architects, engineers and art historians,
scientific experts in genetics, physics,
linguistics, sociology, biology and more.

Can all this information be harnessed
in a way that is understandable for
the average 21st century person?

Yes.

We have a plan.

 . . . MORE

From 1994 until Spring 2013,  The OTS Foundation held its focus on the prehistoric heritage of the islands of Malta and Gozo.  Over the years, operation of non-profit cultural tourism to Malta channeled benefits back the the islands.  Our proudest achievements include:

> The initiation of a conservation expert group meeting that launched both plans for protecting the monuments and the creation of Heritage Malta

> The production of educational materials for both teachers and students in Malta to grasp a better understanding of their important prehistoric heritage

> The organization of a multi-disciplinary conference that revived excavation, research  and scholarship about Malta's Temple Period

Now -  OTSF has redirected its activities to encompass a broader scope than ever before.
