Linda C. Eneix

Linda Eneix has been studying the prehistoric Temple Culture of Malta & Gozo since 1990.  Her research initiatives related to archaeo-acoustics, combined with an architectural appreciation of the monuments have enabled fresh insight into interpretation of motivation and original function.  Her multidisciplinary approach has brought additional dimension to the understanding of their significance as concerns the scenario of Neolithic human settlement.

Ms. Eneix has been consulted for film, television and print media in the USA and Europe, and has appeared on international television for the Discovery Network and the History Channel.  She has worked with MacGillivray Freeman Films on development of an IMAX motion picture, and created an in-house educational documentary about Malta's Temple Culture.

One of its founding members, Linda Eneix has been instrumental in the launch of a Mediterranean Institute of Ancient Civilization (www.AncientMed.org).

Current initiatives include a multi-leveled program of ongoing research projects to clarify the picture of human development in prehistory, and a new independent documentary film project:
Secrets in the Stones: The Great Mediterranean Voyage of Civilization.
